Crown races are often molded directly into carbon fiber forks. Forks with this feature do not require a separate crown race, the bearing interfaces directly with the fork.
Measure the top of the molded-in bearing seat to determine its diameter, then compare the angle of the bearing seat to a known 45° angle to determine if the bearing seat is 45° or 36°
